Tin Can Communities Terms

Orders
The Communities Program lets you order Tin Can phones in bulk (minimum 50) at a discount. If your final order quantity falls below the discount tier you selected, we'll adjust your discount accordingly. The order will be ineligible if it falls below 50 phones.

By placing an order, you confirm you're 18 or older and agree that we may coordinate with you as the main point of contact, including for shipping logistics and returns. We may provide other policies and guidelines from time to time.

Shipping

Tin Can Communities is currently only open to orders that ship within the United States. Orders typically ship to one address. Tin Can is not responsible for distributing phones after delivery. If you receive purchase codes instead, these should not be sold or posted publicly and may be revoked if we suspect misuse.

Returns
Returns must be requested within 45 days of delivery and are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of bulk orders, we may require you to bundle return requests together in one return shipment. Refunds are issued at the discounted price to the original payment method.

Other Terms
Any calling plans, subscriptions, or app services must be purchased separately. You acknowledge and agree that this program doesn't create a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of any kind between you and Tin Can. Tin Can may change or end this program at any time. If this program ends, we will refund any unshipped phones.
