Tin Can Communities Terms

Orders
The Communities Program lets your community order Tin Can phones together at a discount. There are two ways to order:

Family Orders: We’ll set up a dedicated order page for your community, with a goal of at least 10 phones ordered. Each family orders through the page, pays for their own phones, and we ship directly to their home. Family Orders are honored at the community discount even if your community’s combined total ends up under 10 phones. Your order page is for members of your community only, so please share it directly with your families rather than posting it publicly. We may close an order page at any time, including if it’s shared outside your community or isn’t on track to reach its goal. Orders already placed will still be honored.

Group Orders: One person or organization pays for the full order (minimum 10 phones), and we ship it to one address. If your final quantity falls below the discount tier you selected, we’ll adjust your discount accordingly. Group Orders under 10 phones aren’t eligible for the program.

By placing an order, you confirm you’re 18 or older. If you place a Group Order, you agree that we may coordinate with you as the main point of contact, including for shipping logistics and returns. We may provide other policies and guidelines from time to time.

Returns
Returns must be requested within 45 days of delivery and are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of bulk orders, we may require you to bundle return requests together in one return shipment. Refunds are issued at the discounted price to the original payment method.

Other Terms
Any calling plans, subscriptions, or app services must be purchased separately. You acknowledge and agree that this program doesn't create a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of any kind between you and Tin Can. Tin Can may change or end this program at any time. If this program ends, we will refund any unshipped phones.
