Order Desk Terms

The Order Desk
The Tin Can Order Desk is our telephone ordering line. Call it, put together an order, and we'll text you one link to check out. That one text is the whole program. We don't send marketing this way.

Signing up
You sign up by phone, on a call you make to us. There's no form and no keyword. If you haven't called the Order Desk yourself, we won't text you.

Before we ask for your number, we read this out:

"Before we finish — the Tin Can Order Desk will send you one text message with your checkout link, and one only. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Our terms and privacy policy are on our website, at tincan.kids."

Then you either confirm the number you're calling from or key in a different one. Nothing is sent until you do. Hang up, and no text goes out.

Saying yes on that call is the only way into this program. Accepting Tin Can's Terms of Service doesn't opt you in, and neither does buying something.

Messages and cost
One text per order placed by phone. Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for the text, but your carrier's normal rates do. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery isn't guaranteed on every network.

Stopping
Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP, email order-desk@tincan.kids, or just call the Order Desk if you need a hand.

Ordering without texts
You don't have to accept a text to place an order. Say so on the call and we'll finish it another way.

This program is subject to Tin Can's Terms of Service, except that consent to receive Order Desk texts is given only on the phone, as described above. © Tin Can 2026
